Returns Policy

You have every right to return the product you have ordered either because it does not suit you or because you have changed your mind. In any case: ✓ Contact us, within 10 days, from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return and if you want a change, we will keep the new product for you.

✓ Pack the product, in a bag, as you received it, with all the accompanying documents, box, manufacturer tags, etc. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept your return. First change process:

✓ You send it to us at your own expense and with the courier of your choice. Money return:

✓ You also send us a bank account (IBAN format) and the name of the beneficiary, so that we can return the amount to you.

✓ You send it to us at your own expense and with the courier of your choice. If you wish, you can send it to us by ACS at our expense, but we will refund you €4.00 less than the amount of our transaction.

✓ As soon as we receive it and it is in the condition we sent it to you, we credit the total amount of the receipt to your account.

Please note that transfers are made via e-banking from Eurobank, with transaction costs being shared (SHA). If you have given us another bank for the transfer, there may be charges. We are not responsible for any charges that may be made to you or your bank, as this is purely your relationship with it and its policy. *The customer does not have the right to test the products before signing that he has received the package, instead he must receive the package and test it later. In case the product does not work for you for any reason, you should inform us by phone or by mail and then consultation is made with the postal company to determine the address and time of receipt of the package.
